About the role As a Customer Service Advisor your join our friendly and professional call-handing team, who are the hub for customer contact within the organisation. It is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires a wide-range of knowledge. The team works closely with each other and with other teams across all areas of the business. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for Cornwall Housing’s customers. You'll be dealing with a high-volume of contact through multi channels including telephone, email, letter, forms, social media and in-person. About you To be successful, you’ll be/have: Experience within a customer focused role. You will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for helping people, empathy and strong communication skills, on the telephone and by email. Problem solving skills are required as you will be resolving queries and you will offer solutions to a wide variety of situations. IT skills are essential. Our offer to you Salary: £25,694 Pro Rata Working Hours: Two positions are available: 1x permanent role of 22.2 hours per week, and 1x full time (37 hours per week) 9 month fixed-term contract. Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR.
