About the role As a Customer Service Advisor your join our friendly and professional call-handing team, who are the hub for customer contact within the organisation. It is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires a wide-range of knowledge. The team works closely with each other and with other teams across all areas of the business. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for Cornwall Housing’s customers. You'll be dealing with a high-volume of contact through multi channels including telephone, email, letter, forms, social media and in-person. About you To be successful, you’ll be/have: Experience within a customer focused role. You will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for helping people, empathy and strong communication skills, on the telephone and by email. Problem solving skills are required as you will be resolving queries and you will offer solutions to a wide variety of situations. IT skills are essential. To find out more about the role and requirements, please view the Role Profile. We are currently recruiting for 3 fixed term contracts to cover secondments. One contract is for 6 months and the other two will be for 9 months. Please indicate on your application your preference or if you’d like to be considered for all available. Our offer to you Salary: £25,619.00 Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: This is a fixed term contract. 1 x 9 months 1 x 6 months due to Secondments. Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR.
