Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, up to £38,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, primarily on plumbing, heating, and gas systems.
Handling plumbing tasks such as leak detection, pipework, and fixture maintenance.
Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on commercial gas boilers and appliances.
Undertaking minor tasks in other trades, including basic electrical and general building work.
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations, particularly Gas Safe protocols.
Keeping detailed records of all maintenance tasks performed.Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent like City & Guilds) in Plumbing.
Desirable, but not essential, qualifications include:
Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1).
