Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible.
* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing queries or directing calls as necessary.
* Assist in managing reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
* Provide multilingual support to enhance the guest experience for non-English speaking visitors.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
* Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer communication.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to hotel operations.
