You will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business by upselling and cross selling
* Identifying new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Pharma sectors
* Nurturing existing client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Collaborating closely with internal teams, including R&D, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and markets
Key attributes required:
* Proven track record of success in a Regional Sales Manager role within the flexible packaging industry
* Experience selling into the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Pharma sectors
* Understanding of flexible packaging solutions and manufacturing processes
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
