Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Worcester, £85,000+ (DOE) – We are currently looking for an ambitious Legal Director to join this growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this impressive department. JOB REF: 2009.

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional advice to a broad range of individual and business clients across all aspects of corporate and commercial work
\n• Your caseload will include drafting, negotiating and advising on a full suite of commercial agreements: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
\n• You will build strong professional networks and represent the firm within the local business community.
\n• Be confident and capable of mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE with the ability to manage a diverse and busy caseload independently.
