Requirements
The Property Litigation includes:
•Landlord and Tenant disputes
•Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
•Housing, tenancy, and long -leasehold issues
•Recovery of debts, including outstanding rental income
•Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
•Recovery of outstanding service charges
•Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
•Breach of Covenant
•Claims for disrepair
•Legal / Beneficial Ownership
•Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court.
•Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
