We're thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for you to become a Care Manager. This rare role has the flexibility to work from home, from the office in Watford or a mixture of both!!!
This is a relatively new home care service so you will be part of the company journey from the beginning and play a key part in its growth and development.
Ideally you would be an experienced Care Manager, however, we will consider a Deputy Care Manager or a Senior Care Coordinator looking to step up.
***Need to be a Driver & live within Watford or immediate surrounding areas***
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (mix of home and office based... you choose!)
Salary: £32,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
You'll be at the helm, steering the creation and set-up of this service while collaborating closely with the business owners to kickstart the Domiciliary side of the venture. Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing the growth of the service and ensuring the highest quality of care is being delivered to your clients.
Skills wanted:
* Business acumen
* Qualified to the level 3 minimum
* Internal auditing and CQC knowledge
* Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
* Recruitment, training, and retention of staff
* Supervisions
* Referral, and assessment management
* Attending client meetings
* Care and Support planning
