Job Overview:-

Looking for analytical, and passionate individuals, to be part of the Business Operations Team. The Business Operation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's business processes. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks, streamline operations, and support the business's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:-

* Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel is a must)
* A basic understanding of programming fundamentals would be added advantages.
* Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and cross-functional projects, with complete ownership
* You will be responsible for setting up, tracking, and reporting all the project metrics, identifying any issues in the processes, and suggesting ways to address the issues
* You will also get involved in the overall delivery and designing of various business processes

Operational Support:

* Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency.
* Coordinate with different departments to align operational activities with business goals.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.

Process Improvement:

* Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies for enhancement.
* Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:-

* Collect and analyze data to support business decision-making.
* Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Ownership and maintenance of the CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
* Leverage technical capabilities to orchestrate and drive solutions involving systems and process changes to improve the delivery of service to clients and enable business intelligence

Communication and Coordination:-

* Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

Project Management:-

* Assist in the planning and execution of business projects.
* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
* Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.

Skills:-

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
