We are looking for a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Raglan House. This is a fulltime role of 42 hours per week, working 12hour shifts across days and nights, including every other weekend. Youll play an important part in making a positive difference to the lives of the people we support at Raglan House, helping them progress in their recovery and achieve meaningful outcomes. Cygnet Raglan House is a 25-bed high-support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. It is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity. Women admitted to the service often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

You are
* Experienced Mental Health Support Worker with over 6 months of experience within a mental health setting
* Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives
* An excellent communicator & a good team player
* Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
* Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
