Solution Lead - Payments/Acquiring - Contract Work with client and internal stakeholders to define E2E Product Proposition, Target Operating Models, Engagement Scope and the end-to-end Solution for selected merchant segments as part of integration initiative aiming at replacing scattered local propositions and solutions with strategic, consolidated offering Work with business representatives to define mandatory features to make this proposition successful in identified segments and rmarkets markets. Create prioritized product backlog for initial deployment Define HL roadmap for evolving the proposition / offering as well as the further deployment into market, including transition approach from local solutions to consolidated one Plan solution related delivery activities, align with project management, other workstreams and manage a team of business analyst from solution team to execute on the plan and provide guidance and support Oversee definition of Solution requirements across customer experience, processing, operational engagement and business performance Work with a team of Business Analysts to capture client requirements Responsible for following agreed engagement model and solution design methodology and responsible for initial internal quality standards for all deliverables Report and escalate to Solution Director, engage with product / process leads to establish yourself as the internal point of solution orchestration, inquiry and decision validation Identify major gaps, issues and new product or capability implementations and work with Product Leads and Technical Solution Architect(s) on resolution Manage quality, accuracy and integrity of proposition, requirements, process and solution documentation Drive the handshake of solution documentation into the development organisation
