What you will do:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address approximately 4 cases per week, including both complex and standard occupational therapy assessments.
- Conduct holistic, person-centred assessments and create tailored support plans.
- Assess the need for and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including preparing sketches and reading plans.
- Participate actively in team meetings and multi-professional duties.
- Provide input and recommendations for manual handling strategies.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered.
- UK qualified experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Expertise in assessing and recommending major adaptations and complex equipment.
- Proven experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong knowledge of manual handling practices.
