Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
* Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans that inspire
* Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
* Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
* Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience in developing fundraising plans to meet targets
* Negotiation skills for partnership agreements and legal considerations
* Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
* Experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience in stewarding funder relationships
* Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly
* Budget management experience

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro-rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
