What You’ll Be Doing
* Working from job sheets and technical drawings to meet daily production targets
* Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently for shipment
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
* Maintaining product quality and ensuring correct storage from arrival to dispatch
* Operating workshop machinery and tools safely
* Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with HSE standards
* Supporting lean processes to reduce waste and boost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* A methodical, organised approach to work
* A full UK driving licence (preferred due to site location)
* A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
