Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board as a Medical Workforce eSystems Implementation Support Officer. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with a supportive team to help deliver systems that make a real difference across our medical workforce. Main duties of the job System Implementation Support - Be a proactive member of the team in the rollout of medical workforce eSystems across the Health Board, ensuring systems are implemented effectively and meet organisational needs.
Data Management & Reporting - Maintain accurate data, assist with data analysis, and contribute to reports measuring progress against project milestones and KPIs.
Change Management & Problem Solving - Support the cultural and operational changes required for successful implementation, helping to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Customer Service - Be the initial point of contact for the team, deal with incoming queries, prioritise them and escalate where required.
Invoice Management - Assist the Medical Bank and Agency Liaison Manager with the management and timely processing of invoices.
System Management - Be confident in the basic principles of the medical workforce eSystems to deal with relevant tasks.

Person Specification Skills & Attributes Experience of managing own workload & meeting deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office - Specifically Microsoft Excel and/or similar data platform - maintaining databases & basic data analysis
Evidence of being involved in (not leading) organisational change
Evidence of working as part of a team - with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Evidence of dealing with incoming queries, problem solving and resolution - or escalating as required
Experience or understanding of the Medical Workforce (In particular Job Planning, Medical eRostering, Medical Locum Bank and Agency)
Developed understanding and experience within the NHS/Public sector
Experience of working in a project-based environment (Understanding of project documentation)
Qualifications Educated to diploma level or equivalent experience
Evidence of continued study/development

£26,928 to £29,551 a yearper annum pro rata
