The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to enhance their billing. The position is primarily permanent recruitment, but applications from those with contract experience in relevant markets are welcome. The company is also interested in candidates interested in senior or executive search roles, as they have an retained division.
The Package
* Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants: £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission pays 20% to 30% above a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts
* Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home per week

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, with experience in acquiring clients
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is preferred
* Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is advantageous
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
