Job Title: Administrative Support Financial Planning Location: Ashford Salary: Up to £29,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Company: Our client is a highly successful and well-respected Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm offering holistic financial planning and investment advice to a broad range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a professional and proactive Administrative Support professional to join their friendly and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities: Liaise with product providers to obtain policy information, valuations, and documentation.
Accurately complete, check, and input client information into Intelligent Office (IO) system.
Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records.
Process and submit new business applications and other client documentation to providers.
Prepare, print, bind, and dispatch financial reports, letters, and presentations.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes.
Assist in arranging meetings and coordinating meeting rooms.
Provide timely and accurate administrative support to Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), FCA regulations, and data protection policies.
Assist in the preparation of annual client review packs and financial planning documentation.
About You Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in an administrative role within a financial advisory or wealth management environment.
Strong understanding of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, life insurance, and mortgages.
Confident using financial services software Intelligent Office (IO) experience is highly desirable .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail with a methodical and diligent work ethic.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Personable, professional, and able to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers.
