About the role
In your role as an Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC‑One you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
As an Activities Co‑ordinator you will plan and implement activities that delight our residents, help the Home Manager organise fundraising events, and support residents to socialise more effectively. You will work on new activity ideas based on residents’ hobbies and involve the care home team, always with kindness above all else.
