Role Summary
As a key HR business partner, you will collaborate closely with leadership and multiple departments to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, driving strategic initiatives and helping build a winning culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and high performance. You will explore policies, processes, and employee relations while envisioning and implementing initiatives such as capability programs and change management programs. Adaptability and strategic thinking are essential as you navigate diverse challenges and opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:
* Shape the Future: Partner with senior leadership to craft and execute HR strategies that drive business success.
* Talent Architect: Lead talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
* Change Champion: Drive and manage change processes to support business transformation and growth.
* Collaborative Innovator: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices are aligned with business needs.
* Engagement Leader: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Management Engagement: Use data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Trusted Advisor: Provide expert HR support to managers and employees, addressing performance, employee relations, and compliance issues.
* Talent Scout: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
* Onboarding Guru: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
* Compensation & Benefits Expert: Execute compensation processes and contribute to the creation of benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
* Compliance Leader: Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and company policies.
* Engagement Advocate: Actively promote and support employee engagement activities and programs.
* Program Facilitator: Lead the delivery of associated programs across the business.
Experience You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
