Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a market-leading metal processing company based in Irvine, North Ayrshire, to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer – CNC.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the CNC production process, drive improvements, and lead a skilled team in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
đź› Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the CNC programming department, ensuring schedule adherence across all CNC operations.
2. Create and maintain effective CADCAM programs, tooling, fixtures, and methods to support manufacturing.
3. Monitor output to ensure quality standards and production readiness are met.
4. Coordinate resources to ensure all work centres are adequately manned.
5. Attend and contribute to quality meetings, NCR activities, and root cause corrective action (RCCA) processes.
6. Represent Engineering at pre-production meetings (PPMs) and highlight concerns early.
7. Actively participate in daily production meetings
