Aim of the Role Lead and inspire the Housekeeping teams across 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments & The Chelsea Townhouse to deliver exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of luxury and care. Below are some of the Responsibilities; Maintain brand standards for guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities. Ensure secure key handling and uphold guest privacy and safety. Work with Operations and General Managers on budgets and business plans. Recruit, train, and develop the team; conduct inductions and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations. Efficiently manage housekeeping payroll, stock control, supplier relationships, and monthly inventory reporting. Oversee PPM and Spring Clean schedules; maintain accurate logs and inventories. Foster collaboration with Maintenance and Front Office teams. Essential Criteria Previous senior housekeeping experience within luxury/boutique five star hotels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of health & safety regulations. Ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships. Desirable Hospitality or housekeeping qualifications (NVQ, SVQ, diploma). AA Red Star experience in luxury/boutique hotels. Previous working with Forbes standards.
