Here at Proquip we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Processing Assistant to join our Proquip team based at our Head Office in Carlisle.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* Collate and manage daily order processing
* Deal with all aspects of customer service
* Weekly management reporting – stock and sales reports
* System updates – price list and product updates
* Maintain product barcode database
Key Skills & Experience Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team
* Customer service experience
* Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level – pivot tables / lookups etc
* The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* The ability to react to change
* Strong organisational skills
* An aptitude for working on different software packages
* An interest / participation in Golf would be an advantage although not a requisite
