The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a market-leading disputes group, advising on a broad range of contentious real estate issues, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Development disputes and rights of light matters
* Telecommunications and infrastructure disputes
* Dilapidations claims
* Insolvency-related property litigation
* Strategic asset management disputes for large real estate portfolios
The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Is newly qualified up to 2 years' PQE (England & Wales-qualified preferred)
* Has experience in property litigation, ideally gained at a leading City or regional practice
* Demonstrates strong academic credentials
* Possesses excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
* Is commercially aware and able to work effectively within a high-performing team
