Recruitment Officer – Complex Care / Supported Living (2) Location: Wakefield (Complex Care) / Wolverhampton (Supported Living) Salary: £32,500 Pro Rata An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Recruitment Officers to join a growing care provider supporting both Complex Care and Supported Living services. With continued growth across multiple regions, the organisation is investing in its internal recruitment function to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality care professionals. These roles will play a key part in attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent to support the delivery of exceptional care services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, with the potential to progress into a full-time role as the organisation continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Complex Care or Supported Living services Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking activities Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with operational managers Manage candidate onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment checks Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing requirements Support recruitment campaigns and local attraction initiatives Liaise closely with managers to understand workforce demands and recruitment priorities Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting data Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with internal policies and industry regulations Support positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination Experience within Health & Social Care recruitment would be advantageous Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong IT and database management skills Experience managing compliance and onboarding processes is desirable What’s on Offer Salary of £32,500 pro rata Office-based role with supportive local teams Opportunity to join a growing care organisation Potential progression into a full-time position as recruitment demand increases Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunity to make a direct impact on service growth and quality delivery If you're an experienced Recruiter, Recruitment Officer, or Resourcer looking for a flexible opportunity within Complex Care or Supported Living, we'd love to hear from you for a confidential conversation.
