TeacherActive is working alongside a respected secondary school in Bath, currently seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to join their dedicated on-site resource base. This specialist provision supports students with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and those requiring additional behavioural support. In this role, you'll be working mainly with Key Stage 3 and 4 students, providing targeted 1:1 support and helping them overcome behavioural barriers to learning. The school offers a structured and nurturing environment, where teamwork and consistency are key to success.
