We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Manchester, currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.
Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
3. Support various departments with administrative and operational needs
4. Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order
5. Assist with meeting coordination, diary management, and travel arrangements
6. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
7. Manage incoming and outgoing product samples
8. Coordinate parcel shipments and ensure timely sample deliveries
9. Research market trends and competitor products
10. Produce detailed reports and presentations as required
11. Organise travel and provide diary management support for senior team members
Office Administrator Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A proactive approach and a positive attitude
