Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a Building Surveying Lead to join our dynamic Consultancy Project Services team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of building surveyors while enjoying the flexibility of remote work!
Location
Your base will be in Liverpool, with regular travel to our teams in Speke, Lincoln, Gerrards Cross, and Waterbeach, as well as various Kier and client sites nationwide.
Working Hours
We offer a standard of 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility available to suit your lifestyle. Just let us know what works for you!
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

Your Responsibilities
As our Building Surveying Lead, you will:
* Lead and manage a team of building surveyors, ensuring effective workload allocation and achievement of target billable utilization levels.
* Project manage the delivery of building surveying services, ensuring top-notch service for both internal and external clients.
* Engage in business development by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
* Drive the sustainable growth of the Building Surveying team, collaborating with our recruitment team to attract top talent.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold full membership of RICS as a Building Surveyor or an equivalent professional body, along with a full driving license.
* Possess strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills, with a proven track record in building surveying across various sectors.
* Have solid contract administration skills, particularly with JCT and NEC forms of contract, and are proficient in NBS Chorus and AutoCAD software.
* Bring personal energy and ambition, eager to lead and develop a thriving team of building surveyors.
