How you’ll power our business as a Senior Distribution Coordinator
Reporting into the Cylinder Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating LPG schedules to our customers directly. There will be some Account Manager Responsibilities in conjunction with Supervisory Duties and Data Analytics.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you
* Committed, persuasive and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
* Have an understanding of primary distribution and supply infrastructure.
* Ability to work in a highly pressured environment, seeing setbacks as challenges.
* Highly motivated and be able to work autonomously.
* Essential to be experienced in transport planning and use routing software systems.
* Fully up to date with current driver WTD and driving legislation.
* High level of IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel
* High level of accuracy, a focus on attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Positive attitude and independent thinking.
* Strong customer focus.
* Have a flexible approach and thrive on new challenges.
* Overtime maybe required.
