Hours: 16 hours a week – Flexible Working
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30th April 2027

The Junction, a leading charity, seeks a passionate Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator to join our team (flexible, 16hrs/week, can be Negotiable).
Empower young people: Help design projects, lead participation groups, drive social action campaigns that matter to them.
* Amplify youth voice in the Middlesbrough Youth Strategy.
* Support young people in social action projects they care about.
* Shape the future of youth services through the Youth Strategy Conference.
You're a great fit if you:
* Have a proven track record of supporting young people.
* Are passionate about youth participation and social action.
* Can inspire and collaborate with a knack for creative solutions.
