An exciting new opportunity for a Bid Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor within the Warwickshire region.
My client works within the Civil Engineering Sector on schemes such as Water, Highways, Rail, and Aviation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Manager to join an established Main Contractor in Warwickshire and apply their skills effectively.
The Role:
1. The Bid Manager will plan and manage all aspects of the bid process to maximize success.
2. Lead and inspire the bid team, collaborating with Estimators, Planners, Proposals team, Operational support, Designers, Supply chain partners, and other stakeholders.
3. Success is measured by creating high-quality, winning bids that differentiate the company and exceed client expectations.
4. The role involves flexible working, with some travel to the Coventry office and potential co-location at other offices for key bids, as well as attending meetings or site visits as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Bid Manager in the Civil Engineering industry.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes.
* Degree level education or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Living within or able to commute to Warwickshire.
What We Offer:
* Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
* Car Allowance / Company Car: £6,500
* Up to 15% Bonus
