Job Summary
Part‑time Cardiac Physiologist urgently required for a private hospital in the Leeds area. Dream Medical is working with a number of respected private hospitals and need a qualified physiologist to join the multidisciplinary team. You will work with a close‑knit team, managing a varied caseload with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
Responsibilities
* ECGs
* Physiologist‑led exercise testing
* Ambulatory BP monitoring
* Ambulatory ECG monitoring and analysis
* Basic spirometry
* Echocardiography including stress echocardiography
* Trans‑oesophageal echocardiography (TOE) in isolation or with PFO closure
* Basic cardiac angiography
Qualifications
• Must hold BSE accreditation or be working toward it.
• Minimum of band 6 or equivalent post in this area.
• Confidence and competence in autonomously producing echocardiography reports in line with BSE guidelines.
• Experience in specialist echocardiography services such as stress echocardiography and TOE is essential; paediatric and congenital experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; evidence of continued professional development.
• BSc in Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) or equivalent (HNC/ONC) and registered with the RCCP.

* Salary: Equivalent to an NHS Band 7, £32,000.00‑£35,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
