Job Title: Machine Operator- Nights

Pay Range/details: £15.20 per hour (depeding on department)

Contract Type: Temporary to permanent

A leading Textile Manufacturer based in Cam, Dursley, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their growing team. The position is full time on night shift and after training the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join on a permanent contract.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will join the weaving or yarn department, operating high-speed machines and ensuring all products meet pre-determined specifications. You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to high-quality textile production.

Shift Pattern

Monday- Thursday 22:00- 06:00, Friday 20:00- 03:00

* Operate and manage a variety of high-speed machines
* Conduct quality control checks and maintain production standards
* Log and report any issues with sub-standard products or machinery
* Maintain an organised and tidy work environment
* Adapt quickly to new tasks and ensure flexibility in a fast-paced setting
