Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are excited to be offering the opportunity of Team Manager of New Forest Specialist Community CAMHS team, this is a 12-month fixed term post covering maternity leave.
Main duties of the job
Our CAMHS teams have a strong and supportive culture, with excellent structures regarding supervision and support. This is a great opportunity to join our service as part of HIOW NHS Foundation Trust Children & Families Service line to support the delivery of high-quality children's mental health services. Across Hampshire, our community hospitals provide inpatient rehabilitation as a step down from acute care, and our dedicated teams also staff Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Portsmouth, offering expert, compassionate support.

Qualifications
* In‑date clinical / professional qualification & registration with a professional body i.e., Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or equivalent; Relevant MSc or MA qualification or equivalent experience
* Formal or informal leadership and management training

* Proven experience of working at a senior level
* Proven experience of working in a CAMHS environment
* Proven experience of working in a multi‑agency way
* Proven experience of complex stakeholder engagement
* Experience in managing resources, e.g., budgets, staff, training
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Experience in team leadership and matrix management
* Experience of dynamic risk assessment across all Children’s Services
* Teaching experience
* Evidence of research/audit projects
* Experience in performance management
* Use of evidence‑based knowledge to influence service delivery
