Job Opportunity: HR Advisor
Company Overview
A respected and values-driven organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting a diverse and dedicated workforce. The role is to commence ASAP.
Role Overview
As part of a friendly team, you'll provide high-quality HR support across all areas of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, and policy development. You will also support line managers, advise on best practices, and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with generalist HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and recruitment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required.
