Work pattern: Part Time - Term Time Only

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the small team at Willoughby Primary School. We are recruiting a new Office Manager for 26 hours per week to start on (or as near to) 1st June 2026. Days and hours of work will be discussed at interview. The Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of the school office administration including attendance, admissions, finance, health & safety and personnel. An understanding of school’s finance would be beneficial to this position. This is a varied role that is hugely rewarding.


Qualifications and qualities

If you are organised, have a strong administrative background, are an excellent communicator and able to work independently we would love to hear from you.
