Role Description
We’re looking for a CEO/
managinf Director and Founding Director for our Middle East Expansion to own and lead our entire regional operation.
You’ll act as the regional CEO, responsible for launching, scaling, and generating multi-million-pound ARR through partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, consultancies, pharmaceutical companies and more.
This is a founder-level position — full autonomy to design and execute go-to-market strategy, recruit your own team, and build a high-growth business linked directly to Careerbook UK and US.
Responsibilities

* op and execute a go-to-market strategy covering sales, partnerships, and marketing for hospitals, clinics, insurers, consultancies, and pharma.Drive
* adoption of Careerbook’s workforce automation platform across healthcare organisations, demonstrating ROI and impact.
* Establish partnerships with hospital groups, Ministries of Health, medical colleges, and major healthcare enterprises (corporations, Clinics, Pharma's, Consultancies, Dental clinics etc)
* Recruit, mentor, and manage a regional commercial and operations team to support growth at scale.
* Deliver measurable revenue growth and build a multi-million-pound ARR pipeline across the GCC.
* Collaborate directly with the UK founding team on product localisation, AI innovation, and strategic investment decisions.
Qualifications
* 10+ years’ experience in healthtech, Edtech SaaS Sales, healthcare consulting, or hospital innovation leadership.
* Proven track record of building enterprise B2B pipelines and closing six-seven-figure deals.
* Deep understanding of Middle East healthcare systems, workforce development, and compliance frameworks.
* Strong executive network within UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
* Entrepreneurial, strategic, and data-driven, able to operate autonomously as a founder.
* Experienced in team building, GTM strategy, and operational scaling.
* Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or MD) in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
