This is a senior leadership role focused on driving sustainable commercial growth within a craft-led, detail-driven environment. The successful candidate will bring structure, energy and commercial clarity to the sales pipeline while working closely with design and production teams. This is not a corporate volume-sales role. It requires intelligent persistence, commercial discipline and respect for craftsmanship. The Role You will take ownership of commercial performance and revenue growth, ensuring opportunities are proactively progressed and converted into confirmed work.
