Step into a staff-level engineering role where you’ll lead the delivery of critical energy infrastructure projects and help power the UK’s energy transition! We’re seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Construction Engineer to join our UK team and play a key role in delivering high-impact substation and electrification programmes.

As a Senior M&E Construction Engineer, you’ll coordinate engineering deliverables, resolve technical challenges, drive quality across disciplines, and work closely with clients, designers, and construction teams to deliver infrastructure that supports a sustainable energy future.
What You’ll Do
* Lead coordination of engineering deliverables against project schedules
* Support technical design reviews and resolve queries efficiently
* Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Attend daily project meetings and represent the engineering function
* Verify engineering documentation for quality and compliance
* Apply expertise across primary electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, reactors, etc.) and secondary systems (protection & control, batteries, DG)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in M&E construction engineering on infrastructure or power projects
* Strong technical problem solving and project coordination skills
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence
* Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., MS Project)
