We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join us in our Eastern Regional Office based in Bury St Edmunds.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

As the first person visitors meet, you'll be an ambassador for Bloor Homes, representing our brand to customers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Finding a candidate who shares our values and professionalism is key.


You Will Also Be

* Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls; communicating messages efficiently.
* Maintaining general company and regional information for knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
* Managing meeting room bookings.
* Performing general office administration duties.
* Sorting incoming and outgoing post.

What You'll Need To Succeed

* Previous experience in an office environment.
* GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
