Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a dedicated Plumber to join their team and play a pivotal role. This unique role would be a great opportunity for a plumber to showcase all of their skills and acquired experience.

* GBP38,000 per annum basic

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to and completing PPMs and reactive maintenance.
* Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
* Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
* Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders
Qualifications and Experience:
* Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the successful candidate is fully competent and understands the works involved in the job role
* Must hold a City and Guilds qualification or equivalent
* Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
