Responsibilities
This role involves supporting children’s education and development within a school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering educational programmes and help students achieve their full potential by supporting their day-to-day learning activities.
What We're Looking For
* A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
* Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
* The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
* A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
* Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
* A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools\' policies.

Our School sits within an established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 - £22,918.66 to Point 16 £24,653 (dependent on experience)
Actual Salary: £17,252.18 to £18,557.72 (dependent on experience)
Hours of work: 31.5hrs per week – Mon to Fri
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
