Time Appointments are delighted to be working with a market leading company who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Ipswich. If you are looking to strive and progress within a business that is constantly growing, then this is the role for you!
They are looking for a strong administrator with excellent organisational skills, good communication and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and any follow-up actions are completed within a timely manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance service levels and customer loyalty.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and products are procured to minimise any potential delays.
* Upload accurate sales orders into the system to ensure smooth processing by the Production Team.
* Prepare and submit quotations to customers, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
* Follow up on completed orders to confirm customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database, including customer communications and order details.
* Manage customer drawings, ensuring all amendments are captured and actioned accordingly.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Good telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
* Excellent computer literacy, able to use Microsoft Teams, Excel & Office 365.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities.
