Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a committed Senior Clinical Fellow to join our Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (SCAMHS) and Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT).
This full‑time post (40 hours per week, plus applicable banding supplement) is compliant with the Working Time Directive and New Deal. The role includes participation in a rota with out‑of‑hours working, including the MHLD first on‑call rota, with Consultant support available at all times (on‑site during working hours and off‑site when required).
You will provide high‑quality care across hospital and community settings, supporting the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and young people. You will work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, contributing to crisis response and ongoing patient management while ensuring clear, compassionate communication with patients and their families.
