Job Description: Dual Home Registered Manager with progression to RIMuve Children’s Service – Every Voice Matters, Every Step HealsSalary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, £60,000 - £80,000 per annumLocation: Dual home setting within Dudley and SandwellPurpose of the RoleAs the Registered Manager across two therapeutic children’s homes, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver trauma-informed, attachment-aware care for children with complex SEMH needs. Leadership and Service DevelopmentLead two Ofsted-registered children’s homes to achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" ratingsCultivate an emotionally intelligent, trauma-aware team culture that prioritises therapeutic engagementEmbed a culture of reflection, learning and professional curiosity2. Safeguarding and ComplianceMaintain the highest safeguarding standards in line with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Working Together to Safeguard ChildrenEnsure timely reporting, multi-agency liaison, and proactive risk managementUphold regulatory and statutory duties with robust governance processes3. Team Development and SupervisionProvide visionary leadership to Deputy Managers and teams across both homesCoach, supervise, and appraise staff regularly, nurturing professional developmentChampion a culture of compassion, accountability, and high expectations4. Operational ExcellenceManage staffing, rota planning, and home budgets effectivelyMaintain accurate records, care plans, and documentation in line with best practiceEnsure homes are welcoming, safe, and homely with high standards of care and presentation5.
