We specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies, and we need a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to lead our CBT and EMDR team. Experience in EMDR is a plus!

Main Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload while supervising therapists and line managing trainees.
* Provide leadership in High-Intensity service delivery.
* Mentor therapists, supporting their development and well-being.
* Manage waiting lists, group sessions, and one-on-one capacity.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist ready to step into a Team Leader role. You should possess:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively to support staff well-being and manage waiting lists.
* A special interest in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, medically unexplained symptoms, veterans, peri-natal issues, offenders, older adults, and learning disabilities.
Completion of an IAPT Supervision Course is required. In return, you’ll gain the experience and training needed to advance your career with us!
