About the Role
Combine a smile with a giggle and you’ve got Smiggle! We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager with a love for all things colourful, fun and exciting. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager at our BROADWAY store to lead your team and create a store experience that’s bursting with energy and imagination. It’s all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small!
This PART TIME MANAGEMENT role of 20 hours per week requires availability Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, alternating late night trading and occasional public holidays.

9. Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
10. Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
11. Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
12. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
13. Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
14. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
15. Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential
