Brand Manager – Aqua Libra
Location: Hybrid – Central London with monthly travel to Hemel Hempstead

Role Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end process for packaged-product innovation, from uncovering consumer insights to developing concepts, testing them, and launching them in the market.
* Identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of category trends, evolving consumer behaviours, and competitor activity.
* Turn insights into compelling, differentiated propositions that boost Aqua Libra’s market position.
* Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful innovation.
* Translate brand strategy into clear, effective marketing plans and deliver integrated campaigns that build equity and encourage trial.
* Manage the creation of insightful, high-quality creative work that maintains consistency across all brand touchpoints.
* Track and evaluate brand and campaign performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align brand, category, and customer strategies while optimising marketing investment.
* Lead cross‑functional teams with pace and clear ownership of tasks, building strong relationships to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Encourage creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement throughout the team.
Experience and Key Attributes
* Previous experience in FMCG brand management, within high‑growth or fast‑growing categories.
* Clear innovation experience, including insight gathering, proposition development and launch execution.
* Demonstrated ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving.
* Highly consumer‑centric, with the ability to translate insight into action.
* Effective relationship‑building and influencing skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
* Motivated, curious and willing to take initiative, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
* Genuine interest in health, wellness, sustainability, and contemporary beverage culture.
