The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds.
Ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. (Full Training Given) You will also be required to: Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production. Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels. Carry out general labouring duties around the production site. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
