Engineering @365 is working with a leading manufacturing organisation who, due to continued growth and investment in capital projects, is seeking a Development Manager to support site improvements and equipment installations. About the role: This is a hands-on, project-focused role responsible for the safe installation of capital equipment and delivery of site improvement projects from concept through to production handover. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This opportunity would suit a technically strong, electrically biased engineer with project management experience who enjoys problem-solving and taking ownership of complex engineering projects.
