We are seeking a 1-to-1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary aged class in Redditch. This role is a long-term position for minimum of the academic year but likely to be extended throughout the students time in school as you will be working on a 1-to-1 basis. The student this is supporting requires 1-to-1 support is struggling to adapt to school life and is finding it difficult to access the curriculum. Therefore, they require additional support to help them integrate into school with their peers and also academically. Previous school experience would be useful but we are very open to applicants from support, residential or care backgrounds with SEND support experience. We always review every applicant on their merits to give passionate applicants the best chance to be successful. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30 until 3:30, term time only. Pay will be a week in arrears starting from £89 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience & / or qualifications.
