As a Site Agent you will provide Management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers through out the delivery of this project.
What you'll be doing
As a Site Agent you will:
Oversee a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and Sub Contractors
Ensure health and safety and quality are maintained through out the project
Be able to clearly communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are followed accurately. Suggests and implements improvements to systems
Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes with clarity, including managing others in this regard.
Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility and supervise others in this regard.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
BSc/HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Previous experience of working as a Site Engineer on a highways or Civil Engineering Project
Experience of NEC forms of contract
SMSTS/SSSTS Tickets
Tier 1 experience would be beneficial but not essential.
